If you would like to start the process on adoption of one of our pets, please complete the application listed below.  
You will receive a confirmation email.  We will complete a vet and background check on each application. 
Once this is completed you will be called to schedule a time to meet the dog. 
Once the meet and greet is completed and you decide to adopt the dog, we will
bring the dog to your home and do the placement and home visit for the dog at that time  If you have any other questions, please email us at rescuedogs@tailwaggers911.com.
